Your First Class: What to Expect?
Fill in the Waiver: If you haven't already, please complete the Online Registration Waiver. This helps me look after your safety and any health needs during the session.
What to Wear: Wear comfortable clothing and trainers that allow you to move freely.
What to Bring: Bring some water and, if you like, a small towel. Most people leave with a healthy Zumba glow!

Zumba Gold® Dressed as Santa Charity Event in Southmead, Bristol
Zumba Gold® Dressed as Santa Charity Event in Southmead, Bristol
Come and join us for a wonderfully fun event celebrating the joy of Zumba® Gold at Christmas. You are invited to wear black leggings with plain red or red Santa T-shirts to go with the Santa hats we will give you that help create an extremely Christmassy visual feast.
We are coming together as a collaboration of many Zumba® Gold Zin instructors so you will have an amazing time dancing to lots of wonderful routines. Then we stay for tea, cake and the raffle.
Each instructor is raising for a charity close to their hearts.
Zumba® with Kate crew will be raising funds for InHope charity supporting people facing homelessness and crisis in Bristol.
You are very welcome to invite friends or family, as it is suitable for everyone whether you have been dancing Zumba® for years or are just wondering what on earth Zumba® Gold is!
